Rhubarb Cake

Rhubarb Cake

  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cup rhubarb (drained or fresh)

Topping

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp melted butter

Bake 35min in 350 degree overn
9 x 13 pan
