Rhubarb Cake

- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cup rhubarb (drained or fresh)
Topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp melted butter
Bake 35min in 350 degree overn
9 x 13 pan
